This item is shit. I can hit 4.15 without IAS on ammy so the IAS stat is pretty useless. The strength is useless. The dex is 450 short of what I have on my ammy. Oh and I get a free passive, which btw is cull of the weak, allowing me to take steady aim which gives 20% more damage.

Did you guys forget that legacy jewelry could roll 9% ias? What the point of this stupid amulet? Just trifecta with a socket with 7% ias that modern items can roll. No secondaries, no 5th passive, no immunity, useless low stat. What the fking point? 0/10.
