Has honestly never happened to me, and I solo a lot lately.
I have had one monster give no %, even though it gave a little exp it was not enough to go up 1%.
Also had the spiders give minimal, as well as other "clones" (Slugslider's spawns for example)
P.S. I like your guild charter's ranks and requirements. Where did you come up with those?
