any advice? rancid is basically the only band i listen to except for the swedish equivalent called stilett
listened to some of tim armstrongs work and lars frederiksen but rancid is my favourite band but id like to discover more bands that sounds somewhat like them

Operation Ivy, Common Rider, Brain Failure, Rx Bandits, NOFX, Less Than Jake, The Distillers, Anti-Flag, pretty much any 90's semi-popular punk or 3rd wave ska band.

Now you don't have an excuse, but if you haven't already, you'll have to listen to everything they released.

Another thing that came from Operation Ivy, but from Jesse, not Tim though.

I think this is the last direct association with Tim/Rancid I can think of, but he married this babe at one point
