it's funny because if you look at my characters, on season for that matter, they'll still be on par with yours that arn't season XD

You ultimately want about 55.6 in-game CDR, so you can be in Akarat form 100% of the time, which cuts your wrath cost in half. With more CDR you also are able to have Laws of Valor + Unstoppable Force Rune more often, cutting your wrath cost down even more, which makes RCR useless.
