im well aware of who galactus is he is most over rated villain out there superman and galactus are both gods in their own way and odin force thor im sure will give galactus a run for his money as i did come across a comic where odin beats galactus. superman can easily just go sun bath fly back to earth or where ever galactus is and destroy him , if both were to throw it down im sure galactus would run out of power before supes and would need to go feed again . superman wants to be cheap all he has to do is open phantom zone and throw him in.

Superman wouldn't even be able to come close to do anything to galactus
Superman is far from a god
The galactus loses to anyone of superman or thor caliber when he's hungry and/or trying to feed or when they team up against him with some godly power
Galactus at FULL strength cannot be beaten by superman or thor

Galactus is not overrated
How can a character be overrated when he was created to be one of the most powerful villains in comics
