I guess i'll answer my own questions, thanks for being good sports about this. i think it's really interesting to read how different everyone's experience is in the same game.

1. Do you feel that your gear is overpowered,underpowered or neither?
I don't own most of the gear i use. so i would say I'm underpowered

2. The person that you feel has the best setup of gear, is it overpowered?
For a spin climb to 71 ,Yes. Otherwise,NO

3. To start slashing now how much forum gold do you think it would take to make an average setup?
20k minimum

4. on an average week how many mq's do you do? (you can ignore when POE resets, i know everyone ditches ls)
not playing right now but normally, at least 1 a day

5. solo, group or both?
Both

6. How long does your average MQ take?
g/o ~1:15, pub ~2:00, solo~ 7:00

7. did you join a slashing guild to make it easier?
all my friends are slashers, a slashing guild id where it's at.

8. what is the worst thing about the game?
I would have to say the small player base, more players would not only make it easier to find groups but bring back some of the competition i loved

9. if you could change 1 thing about LS what would it be?
I would put it on an update schedule to try and add new content on a more regular basis to keep it fresh and new

10. do you feel the game is too gear dependent?
Not at all, but i do feel there is a shortage of "good" gear and that's why prices are the way they are.

11.do you skill? and if yes is it worth it?
I have tried all the skills some , fishing/cooking are the most beneficial in my opinion.

neither. Just normal gear. Nothing too crazy.

Unspawnables yes. Spawnables no.

Always using a group - 5k? To solo reasonably quick - 10k

Try to get +5 a week for guild. 2-3 mqs usually.

Reasonable amount of time. Never really timed it. I take a lot of breaks.

created a guild to not have to deal with the drama involved in being in a slashing guild.

Reliance on fg or a guild to do anything because drops are horrible (especially solo).
9. if you could change 1 thing about LS what would it be?
Drops to be consistent with the lvl of monster you are facing.
10. do you feel the game is too gear dependent?
Problem is its too group dependent. A new person plays the game, joins a group and never wants to solo.
There's not many people playing anymore so the new person gets frustrated when they can't find groups and just never logs in again.
The game grew when there was a solo aspect to it. Don't get me wrong. I love catacombs. It used to take a long time for normal slashers to get to 71. The game is so easy now the time is cut in half. Regen gear used to be vital (still is on hc)!
Would be nice to see some sort of chaining or benefit aspect while soloing or maybe lucrative objectives you can only complete by soloing but aren't required for mirror maze.

sometimes while I regen. fishing aint bad. The rest are a time sponge.

- yes, without decent gear u don't make it very far very fast, which therefore makes its less interesting

Anywhere from 1 to 7, depends on many things.

Anywhere between 1.5 hour and 3 hours in a group.

To make it easier, no. To have more fun, yes.

Definitely the lack of players.

I would put back the well (in town) and the arena.

Definitely.

I do (glyphing), and I'm not sure it is. It's fun to have glyphs laying around to use, but the time required to achieve any decent glyphs is huge.

No, nothing in this game is overpowered if you don't know how to effectively use it.

When I'm on top of my game I can do 10-15 a week...usually though I'd say I average around 1 per day

I actually like to solo and group. I'll go with both.

SC - 1:15 give or take depending on classes
HC - 2hr give or take depending on classes

Yes and no. Not to make it easier for me to get to MQ, but easier for me to get groups.

Besides the obvious game is dying... The fact that there have been a lot of updates that have taken away from the things people loved about this game... It wasn't intentional, it's just the truth.

9. if you could change 1 thing about LS what would it be?
Bring back some of the said features that have been taken away. I understand the want to continue to develop a game into something new, but when you take it too far, you become Blizzard...and no one wants that.

Not after watching Low-ki run bufcore....

I really wish I could, I just can't get into it. It's boring, it takes forever to get ranked up to useful levels and well...I'm not Stormie...
