I don't like the idea of potions for this game. The other ways to increase character strength are more fun. Like how Paul added more objectives, or the prof system in general. Less buying power, more earning power.
I'd prefer to leave potions as is for the few people that care about them. Same goes for totems.
Once again, this is relevent to the topic... "It Doesn't Make A Difference", especially for you and others that think the same way.
There are benefits for finding +1 Vita / Intelligence Potions.
Mage is a great example, the added vita helps by letting you put more points into Intelligence at earlier levels than before.
As for Strength / Dexterity, I would say that 5 potions actually make a difference [from previous tests, around 5 stat points = 1-2 min / 2-3 max BASE damage for the weapon being used]
Basically for 3 stats, you increase your weapons
minimum base damage by 1-2, and by adding another 2 stat points, your weapons
maximum base damage increase by 2-3... Enhanced Effect then contributes to the final damage. Note: the test research is incomplete, but, it does still seems to work currently.

I would love to see something like that Jesse @ KakeWalk... but then it maybe too much to ask for...

Nulled vote. I rather like stat pots. The drop rate could be higher, but 50% is crazy. You'd be lucky to get 10-15% increase.
The max life and mana pots need a buff (at least the minimum per tier does).
Just thinking that I have only SEEN a total of 4 potions since I started playing... 5+ years... now that is a long time.
Mind you... 10-15% would still be better than now, and yes, the life / mana pots do need more.
