Oh dude its miserable. Its harder than fuck to get anywhere with them. Ive spent 45 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone at the VA.

Have you tried DFAS before? Even worse.

TSP is probably the only organization with customer service that actually isn't hard to get ahold of.

only thing i hate about my VA is that its 45 minutes away, and last time i went it was only to get blood drawn.

Mine is about the same. I rarely ever go though. I hate dealing with them.
