No. Education should be made available for anyone who wants it. Making everyone go when their very presence is disruptive to those who want to go is unfair to them.
Also many are spending 15 years doing something they don't like (school) and have same kind of job as if they never went to school.
I find interesting to let parents decide to be more implied in there kids education, teaching is a good way to maintain and expand knowledge. Would have better cultural diversity, more family values and less "work alcoholics", less production, less consommation, better environment etc..
But still unsure about the social consequences, letting fanatic religions take over the education of there kids :/
