Do you believe what ISIS is doing towards young innocent children (Beheading them, crucifying, etc) is objectively wrong?

Do you believe flying 2 plains into twin towers killing 2,000 + innocent people is objectively wrong as well or not?

Is it any more or less wrong than a decade of indiscriminate airstrikes across a huge portion of the middle east killing ten times that amount of innocent civilians every year?

I remember 9/11, I had never heard of the World Trade Center and I thought the fire on the screen was something like a fire or accident in the building, I didn't know planes hit it until way later in the day and to be honest I didn't grasp the significance or even really care, I'm ashamed to say (I was like 11). I hope as I get much older I don't embelish it and make up some "I was at Woodstock too, man" story to make myself more interesting.
