Not true. Mussoloni's ideology, like all ideology, had systemic issues but this doesn't mitigate the fact Mussolini created the first cohesive, legitimate, modern statist approach that did not rely on hereditary monarchs and communism. Italy was a strong state that was not ready for the World War 2. Mussolini was effective for the majority of his reign. Italian's supporting him is not revisionism but the shedding of the myth he was a racist dictator; a belief promulgated by the allied occupiers and communist/socialist leaders who took over the country.
Everyone should spy on Turkey. They're an untrustworthy ally whom likes to associate more with ideological enemies in the Middle East then NATO. One should expect a country as powerful as Rushissia to have intelligence agents imbedded in their neighbours networks. The US and China are both countries known for doing this.
And we don't know yet if the Estonian spy was actually taken from Estonian territory. They've provided no evidence besides to say he was there. An example of the spy game every country plays isn't significant. Remember a few years ago when America and Russia exchanged the spies they captured from each other?
