though it seems republicans are the ones involved

no surprise here, the party is morally bankrupt and will do anything to win

Of course voter fraud is real, I've linked to substantial proof of it already. But hey, as long as you want to single out individuals: http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2013/02/democrat-poll-worker-voted-multiple-times-for-obama-but-says-theres-no-voter-fraud-video/

On Fox news and drudge report they had multiple eye-witnesses say that black panther groups prevented Republican vote counters from entering.

Also, Obama won the count in multiple areas by over 100%.

You lack perspicacity Duffman; they are all absolutely and completely corrupt.

I'm willing to cede the Republicans are right about voter ID, even if they're pushing it for unhonorable purposes.

"Voter Fraud" just isn't a systemic problem in reality. It doesn't happen at any notable frequency and as a result the bullshit fake "solutions" to the problem like imposing voter ID laws unsurprisingly don't cut down on any illegal or accidental voting. There's a way to make elections more efficient and safer but the dumb people screaming about "voter fraud" aren't interested in doing that, they're only interested in keeping Democratic-leaning demographics from voting because Republicans can't reliably compete in elections any longer.

It is kind of funny though that your copious instances of election fraud almost always lead back to Republican politicians and Republican groups. From Scott Walker backers to Thad McCotter to "Strategic Allied Consulting" to Republican operatives throwing voter registration documents in dumpsters on a partisan basis, they seem to be aiming for a monopoly. By hook or by crook!

This bullshit has already been thoroughly proven false [See: http://www.factcheck.org/2013/01/voting-conspiracies/]. Only idiots keep this nonsense going; the idiots who started the nonsense in the first place and the idiots who gobbled it up because they don't know any better.

I'd like this to happen. What are some of the proposed methods?

Electronic polls books would be one, though I admit they could be prone to serious misuse.

You didn't read the entire fact check did you?

It concedes at the bottom that Obama did indeed receive 100% of the vote in 59 Philadelphia counties.

Additionally, there is a video I posted which demonstrates such intimidation.

Romney received 100% of the vote nowhere, and Pennsylvania is a swing state. Please explain.

when you say 100% of the vote, you mean to say not one individual voted for Romney (highly improbable) or that not one county voted for Romney?

Not one individual..
However it wasn't counties, it was districts in Philly.

seems this wasn't the first time, surprised they haven't investigated it

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/romney-earned-zero-votes-in-some-urban-precincts/
And the outcome is not at all out of step with recent history - in 2008, 57 divisions in Philadelphia returned zero votes for then-GOP nominee, Arizona Sen. John McCain. And in 2004, a more Republican-friendly election year, five Philadelphia divisions shut out former President George W. Bush entirely.
