According to those records, Monroe was considered by investigators to be the most prolific multiple voter in memory. He was a supporter of Gov. Scott Walker and state Sen. Alberta Darling, both Republicans, and allegedly cast five ballots in the June 2012 election in which Walker survived a recall challenge.
According to the John Doe records, Monroe claimed to have a form of temporary amnesia and did not recall the election day events when confronted by investigators.

On Fox news and drudge report they had multiple eye-witnesses say that black panther groups prevented Republican vote counters from entering.

Also, Obama won the count in multiple areas by over 100%.

You lack perspicacity Duffman; they are all absolutely and completely corrupt.

I like how you highlight supporting evidence rather than primary evidence.

Voter fraud clearly exists, and it isn't a black and white right vs left issue. It's just telling that Democrats never support even the most limited and reasonable attempts at establishing voter identification.

here are your eye witness reports

A Republican poll watcher called police to allege that two members of the New Black Panthers group were intimidating voters at the polls at 12th and Fairmount, according to an attorney working with the McCain campaign on election matters.

But police and an investigator from the district attorney's office went to inquire and found no evidence of that, according to spokespeople for both offices.

As the saying goes,”It takes one to know one.” Of course the lying, cheating GOP scum assume everyone else is as dishonest as they are.

I’m glad these associates of Walker were caught. It will be interesting to see how hard Walker pushes the voter supression laws now that its become known that this multiple voting scam run by Walker & his GOP buddies had benefited him not the Dems.

The sad part of it is, is that it is not surprising. Those who think that they have an in, with the rightwing, are the worst of everything crooked in politics.

The other sad part, is that it can happen on both roads. But more likely than not, on the right side of the road.

The district attorney is a democrat politician. I am arguing that there is corruption, therefore her presumably corrupt response is meaningless.

Regardless, Obama got 100% of the vote in 59 Philadelphia districts. Romney got zero votes in those districts. Pennsylvania is a swing state.

Scott Walker is likely going to lose reelection anyway. Be barely survived the recall vote, and many people who voted to not recall him didn't like them, just didn't believe the situation warranted such extreme measures. But he has a strong opponent, low approval rate, and he made a lot of enemies in a state that is the most divided state in the United States due to his actions.
