The bar should be raised to be able to be a police officer, you can become one right out of high school in my town. There isn't a lot of people that are intelligent that want to be police officers though because the pay is awful.

On a side note, a lot of these (videos) are only part of the videos but some of them the officers should be shot in the fucking face.
