It has to do with crony capitalism, the perpetuation of which bastardizes the function of true capitalism.

Free market capitalism doesnt work because laws dont allow for a fully free market.

Isn't it either: "they have no money of their own, so let's accuse them of disliking Capitalism because of their lack of wealth" – or, "they have some money they earned, so let's accuse them of participating in Capitalism"?
