You don't need anymore armor from the str, plus 5 CC should do more damage than 475 str.

not sure wat the dps gain/losses are but

u lose 500 str from 10,000 str (usually), 0.5% loss of str there

or u can lose 5 cc from 50 cc, 10% cc loss
