New gym, got deployed to okinawa japan

this gym sucks nuts over here

Having trouble on a good routine for back

basically, no cables or machines besides a shitty row machine

I got DBS and BBS

What else can i do besides rows, pullups, shrugs

also no deadlift platform

do you really need a deadlift platform? cant you just do a dl with the bb on the gym floor?

there's tons of different row techniques. Pullups, deadlift, row variations, shrugs

easily can build a back day out of those

Do one arm dumbbell pulls. And some dumbbell pull overs for an o et all bavk workout as well. Maybe throw some bent over rows with a bench press bar and also do some with a dumbbell at the end of the bar and weight on the other end not sure what these are called but they do the same as some cable pulls.

If you can deadlift and do pullups you're good.
