having to call the cops because 3 black men are sitting by their car, discussing over what-not is not a crime.
do not force me to call the cops and risk my own freedom because you cannot "tolerate black men".
the dude is down on his luck and luckily for him i would've vouched that i hadn't noticed him doing anything wrong.
