I would suggest barb or fighter. Shoot for about 80 overall vita.
10 fg is not enough. But it should be enough to get you to like lvl 20-30 without much difficulty.
Most people will not want to play with you, because you do not own the gear to play lvl 1 - 71 in one sitting.
But by leveling to 30, you might find a few skillable items that you can sell for 1 fg.
People can grind lvl 1 - 71 with out any fg, so it's possible to do it with only 10, but not feasible to sustained playing.

With your 10 fg I would suggest buying the best tier 3 (lvl 0) weapon and armor you can get for 1 fg each. Go for high enhanced effect on weapon and armor (avoid robes) and I would use that till lvl 10 then buy the best lvl 10 weapon and armor for 1 fg each. And try to use that to lvl 20. Rinse. Repeat. For a charm, look for strength (or dex if using dagger, staff, axe,) but on your limited budget, I wouldn't buy a charm till lvl 10.

Since you have some gear, use that for sure, and fill in what you need using the method above. Be sure to make more characters as mules and keep your gear stored for later use. You can xfer gear to your characters through the market place.
