Im trying to get my Xbox one and my Xbox 360 to connect to my college wifi but it has high packet loss, I'm not even sure what that means. I've heard something can be changed in the settings but I'm not sure what. I would prefer help on my Xbox one first if possible. Any ideas on what to do?

Obviously I googled it before posting here, I couldn't find anything that gave me a fix so this was a last resort.

About to just return it if I can't use it. Rather have the cash at the moment. But yeah, XB1 can play blue ray lol.
