Im not sure but I kind of think so according to the DR bug. The mobs thought they were harder then they were which is why they maximized there drop roll if I remember the patch notes correctly.

It's actually less gain but with the growing strength of the monsters it requires a lot more actions so it's masked.  I get as much in the lvl71-101 as I do from 25-71.  Just from the increase of attacks.  Bad thing is that the bulk of the community can't make it to 101 because of the difficulty or the risk death so.  But it's there to appease the ones that said the game had become to easy and doing high level events no matter of the gear it's a challenge and fun for all.


going to 101 was fun for a bit but it got old really fast knowing no one else ever wants to run that far.
