Been training all summer, gym/running and was able to complete Tough Mudder last Saturday!
https://toughmudder.com/For those of you who dont know what it is, its a mud run / obstacle run around 10-12 miles..
The weather didnt cooperate at all and it rained the entire day making 10x the mud, and climbing up the ski hills all day that much harder
Completed every obstacle except the monkey bars cause they were too slippery
(TIP: bring gloves!)
Anyways, highly recommend it to anyone! No matter what shape you're in, it was one of the funnest things i've ever done
