i too have this issue, managed to keep under 10k by keeping my personal trader info short and compact, i have a list of helpful diablo2 links which i use daily. these links take up most of the space since a url tag with the same link comes up every time you re-edit and you can't put anything else but the link for the tagged text if the link isn't for jsp, easiest solution is to copy and paste the links as plain text every time you edit which is what i did before i shortened the next sections. i have a donations list and a BM/scammer list which i only left the names to and added a link to Pastebin for the full descriptions which i edit there too as i add more names.

an easy solution if you don't have many links, would be to use images for the long lists; viewing your profile i saw:
- ascii art - a drainer coming to characters
- links to every user profile from your donators - useless, just link to the user search tool at the top of your list, http://forums.d2jsp.org/tools.php?a=2 the link can be found by going to Scammer Accusations > Multi-Account Reports
- post count logs - useless to have all the dates as text, you can easily replace this with an image/images, unless you consider the links to every one of those posts is useful information to everyone who visits your profile (just save them on a text file or in your personal notepad here in jsp - go to settings > notepad)
- gold logs with dates - same as above
- outdated battle.net forum links :P lol those geniuses still couldn't figure out that they could add info to what the reader could replace in his link to get to the topic if it still exists on their dumb "this page does not exist"

those are my suggestions to you, i think that this is not needed because i believe that many users would misuse it as i've already seen unthinkable profiles with hundreds of dumbening images and useless time-wasting spam messages or agitation/flaming
there are easier alternatives to your issue, if you convert one of your lists to an image or use Pastebin to your priority you will probably cut your used characters in half

PS: imo people with more FG shouldn't have such excessive rights


this is already true i believe
profiles with high warn or banned profiles do not have profile notes privileges
