What method do you use for the laws? (I'm guessing not abyss... Hot air balloons?)

yeah balloon, I need higher defense so I don't have to eat while doing abyss.

GZ. 75 is quite nice.
As far as eating while Rcing it is not that bad. I am 1 def and 84RC and I've done Nats like 55-84. You can eat while filling pouches with no ticks lost.
