As stated, stormcrow is #1 wizard helm, period. Regardless of your build unless you are using signatures only.
Blackguard is highest dps 2hander anyone has ever posted pre-ptr, and the secondaries are sexy as well. Who gives a shit if it has vit? All that means is i can reroll vit off other items.
2600 shard of hate is as good as it gets dps wise, yeah the int could have rolled higher but I am happy with it. When I can add a socket to it, I will use it, for now it sits in my stash.
I have 70% crit, 40+ chd on soj gives me much more damage increase then 20% ele, especially considering my build uses more then 1 ele type. 50%chd x 70% crit = 35% damage > 20% increase ele damage. Retards.
Slorak's should be rolled 10% damage, was just playing around with builds which is why it was posted as 10% resource cost.
