I don't think either are trophies. Don't you want 15% skill damage on shoulders. The SMK if it had rolled 10% damage would have been, because you could reroll the damage super high. Maybe it is because you can roll the CHD for CDR but I think that's probably a marginal gain anyways.

Mediocre roll on the weapon. I'm pretty sure ideal crusader shoulders have str/vit/8cdr/skill.

As a shotgun sader, no, they are ''not great'', since they need %HF instead of AR.
