Not sure I fully understand why you have so much invested into +strength gear ^^, dex rings would have been godly for your build
if you use wyrm enigma (eod) then you can't reach str req with just torch/anni/base stats
also if you ever switch to doom instead of beast it's hard to get the required str for coa or upd arreats or other high req helms
