is it allowed to purchase clean accounts pre-block? since in rules stablish that accounts cant be traded if they are money related (so purchased) but in this case the creation is free.

the selling of accounts is against the rules in general (be it for real money, fg or pixels it's considered an illegal trade).
for any game.

not really, in d2 i remember you could sell/buy accounts and characters so i am asking here if maplestory is in the same exception

i don't see why you couldn't sell an account on here? jsp got rid of the rule banning account trades for d2 IIRC so i don't see why this would be any different.

Rules are rules and theyre not allowed.
I got warned for asking people to make me emails and then register them into accounts so I can bot

well D2 is D2, JSP was basically solely focused around D2 in the early days, now it's not.
