So about five months ago someone told me to try and write a poem to describe how I felt at the time... I'm not really the type of person to write poetry, but posting it here? That I can do. Anyway, here it is:

Decisions are sometimes made
In error we sometimes say
Sorry. I didn't mean it
The words I said, things I did
That time when I broke your heart
It was an accident
Sorry, I didn't mean it
Here have mine, this heart
That doesn't work
But understands
The importance of words to me
How they can break a man
Or make a man
But it's not really who I am
This person that's always mad
It's not me
The one that makes you sad

It's a shadow
A scream
A dying dream
It's what you meant to me
It's what you meant to me
And eventually
I hope you'll see
That I'll give you everything
That's how much you meant to me
Can't you see

don't sweat the rhymes, just speak your heart.

Do just the opposite. Continue writing. Much like everything else, the more you do it the better you'll get. Stop doing it and you'll lose the skill you once had.

just some random, freestyle:....

I see the floor beneath my eyes, beneath my gaze

hearts pump blood moves

No longer a barrier no one cares hairier

we are moving and yelling randomly candidly

is this freedom?

HA, its just 1 type of freedom

my soul releases at the possibilities.

and I am satisfied without knowing without seeing

Poor rhythm but I think you had a good idea at first.

My feeling is depressed
Because of thoughts i can not process
My words get repressed
as a love turned to distress.
Thier love became
a total obsession
part for a recess
into a love recessions
creeping for a repossession
thier love an unpaid heart.
And though
it was time to go
their worlds almost seemed to slow
as thier love turned to cold.
then it seems
you visit me
tanatalizing beutifully
with an image of our love.
And now perhaps
abit too late
but i can no longer hesistate
three words for her
I love you.
She has a reason
for being and keeping
her heart safe sleeping
undisturbed since loves last pass.
for her so fleeting
him a true deep feeling
i love you not for life.
him cursed forever
but her a feather
in the storm of life.
