big reason to me was mana syphon, it works nice, so would be hard to run out of mana, but i know its about a 20 ee stat vs 5eis + 7% mana syphon that regenerates my mana + lower casting mana

I second this. Your lightning is only equal to a 169 ee 55 charm. Your wind which has MIND NUMB will cast on par with a 205-210 ee wind not including your profs. The wind will out perform the lightning all day and night.
