how to Block/Unblock a user?

There is basically two different way to prevent a user from PM'ing you.
This guide will demonstrate both way

Method 1 : Block from a private message.
Step 1 : Click on your Inbox
Step 2: Open a message from the user you would like to block
Step 3 : Click on ''Block this user'' that can be found under the ''Delete'' button
Step 4 : User is now blocked and wont be able to communicate with you via PM

Method 2 : Block from the ''Manage Block List'' Section.
Step 1 : Click on your Inbox
Step 2: Click on ''Manage Block List''
Step 3 : Simply add the User name you would like to block and optionally a Comments
Step 4 : Click on ''Add User To Block List''
Step 5 : User is now blocked and wont be able to communicate with you via PM

How to Unblock a user.
Step 1 : Click on your Inbox
Step 2: Click on ''Manage Block List''
Step 3 : Check the box to the left of the user name you wish to Unblock
Step 4 : Click on the ''Delete'' button.
Step 5 : User is now Unblocked and will be able to communicate with you via PM
