...a drunk driver weighing over 300 lbs decides to run out onto the busy highway and get run over so the cop has to risk his own life and pull the drunk to safety . Of course the anti-coppers will probably complain that the drunk suffered unnecessary road rash because of the cops action .

a good deed, doesn't undo the bad ones .

But a good deed none the less.

Hopefully the man seeks psychiatric care for his troubles.

There are anti-cop videos like police brutality, beatings and killings
There are pro-cop videos showing acts of courage and life saving
And then theres just fucked up videos that destroy any last trust you had in humanity, like kyle dinkheller's.

Witnessing everything is important for context, understanding where the militarization of the police comes from, why the police are neither cartoon pig villains nor untarnished ubermensch that can do no wrong, but just human

I'm am not anti police. I would actually like to become a police officer. Where you are mistaken widow is that people in this forum are not "anti coppers" They are against the dishonor corruption and legal impunity police have in this country. If you disagree you are wrong its in the legislation read it. also I would like to add that my grandfather was a cop and older brother is a sheriff.

The obvious thing widow ASSUMES people in this forum miss very judgmentally I may add, is that we know there is good and bad guys in every job. Police should be criticized for abuses of power and it's our duty as country men to bring attention to these issues.

...there are clearly posters on this forum who are pathologically afraid of the police and they express that fear in anti-cop fury that usually includes sadistic statements of extreme violence toward them .

Self regulation would do infiantly more to calm the anti police rhetoric in the country than some videos of the rare nice cop. Not good cop, just a nice cop.

Who are ironically, usually white and are lucky enough to have a life where they don't rely on interactions with police.

He is obviously dragging the guy to a place where the cops can safety beat and rape him to take out their aggression.
