And there you have it. Higher ML is
NOT a guarantee that the drops will be anything other than white tier I items
All it does is give
a chance to add +1 magical level to the item, and
a chance to increase the magical level of the item
And, if you don't have the killing power to finish off the mob you are fighting, your ML ain't gonna do diddly squish for you.
I choose EE over ML any day of the week
