The guy is cheap and im a cheapskate and he did the job but I was always dying even at mid level 40s and when I hit 60 he struggled to kill anything.

We were in a game I created so the monsters were T6 Level 60 and he struggled to kill them. But he did do the job and offered to lower the para level to continue to 70 and I left the game.

1 hr for a 1-60 should have given you a hint, when other powerlevelers can get you 1-70 in 45 mins or so. Or check out his profile before you buy.
