My personal finance records and the records of anyone else aren't your business. We already have enough problems with identity theft, and you want sensitive information like this to go public? I would be able to see where you went, what you bought, and probably figure out who you were with.

its not quite the same as just seeing what they make, but despite what the people you work for tell you, you can openly talk to any one about what you make and what they make with out fear from the higher ups.
