No, its really not. Its a shock tactic and unbecoming of civilized debate.
It took a bit of analyzing the images to even figure out if they were graphic at all or not, but posting graphic images isn't fair game whether its the zionist shills or the ones bashing them.
You can discuss the topic rationally and pour all the caustic wit into it without posting pictures of dead kids

I'd say it was just one to make an innocent mistake on, I was going to post those images myself because it wasn't very clear what was being shown.

I think theres one of the images in that ABC link that showed just the four children running, without any hint of violence or graphic bodies or any of that, which would probably be fine to post, you'd have to ask a mod.
