Hi all!

I'm kinda new to Ladder Slasher, already read quite a few topics for newbies, but now I truly don't know what to do. Maybe I just need a better weapon?

There is a room where countless numbers of gigabees are spawning... I kill one or two but there are always new ones to replace the fallen ones... My best result was when there was only 3 of them left, but they quickly came back to 9... :/ It is kinda frustrating. I'm playing with a barbarian, and whatever I'm doing my killing speed is too slow...

Any ideas?

ps: Objectives enabled: A Pinch of Evil, Hack The Horde, Stop The Seven Shamans.

Gigabee has a monster ability that allows the monster to duplicate itself. You either have to make a new group or kill all the gigbees before they keep duplicating.

Which means that I need a better weapon to handle these situations... :/

yea you might want to buy a weapon for 1-3 fg with some ee on it. will help a ton. try to buy a weapon closest to your level

haven't found better on the market... maybe tomorrow...

You want weapons with Enhanced effect which makes them do more damage.

that doesn't do much at all. a level 10 club with 80 enhanced effect would do Damage: 32 to 146 with the stats you have at the moment. I also have a lot of gear you can have if you want to play more pm me.

As the others noted, you want weapons with best ee (enhanced effect) that you can get. Try to upgrade your weapon every 10 levels at least as you climb. A level 10 weapon won't do much for ya at level 40

You may also want to use the abilities of multi-strike (if melee) or multi-cast (if mage) in order to do damage to all the mobs that pop up.

Those guys can be pretty annyoing even with better gear, best way to deal with them is just to power strike them back to wherever they came from before they get a chance to duplicate themselves ^^
