Didnt have the tools at the time. Also the reason I drove it in to the dealership and traded it in.

If I had tools to do that, I might not have had to get a new car.
Needed to replace a part of the trans but again, no tools

Thought about building an ar-30... But I dont really have an area around me where i can shoot 500yds+ :cry:

On my truck, you just remove the tire.. Remove that caliper & the rotor comes off. Like 15~ minutes on each side if that & you have new brakes / rotors :3

The only thing i bring my truck in for, Is Axle/gear work & Alignments.

My car I just went with the 6 year oil change bundle when i bought it. Ended up being cheaper overall than i could change it myself :lol:

for my car you can remove two bolts to separate the two halves of the caliper (to change the pads) but if oyu want to change the rotors you ahve to remove some stretch bolts that do not want to come out
