Ever heard of ias breakpoints and how you need to get past them in order to benefit them?

You lucky fat guys with mascara dont tell you to be homo in order to improve dps in diablo 3.

You can get 32.8% ias with Quiver+RoRG+Paragon with 1.1 aps weapon. And you can't get 58.4% ias breakpoint without sacrificing a lot of better dps stats.
