GW2 is an MMORPG and D2 is an ARPG/Hack-Slash. Not much alike. However, it does go on sale every so often, there's no monthly sub and they are constantly dropping new content. It's worth checking out.

I just started playing again after a year or so. The economy seems the same as it was at launch. The GW2 AH is the best I've seen. I usually sell items in less than an hour and can always find what I need on the AH.

@topic: you can switch to every game from diablo 3, it will always be better than d3, so yeah change to gw 2 is good idea :)

idk about him but i feel like they could really use a color/shader update like big time

If graphics/ colors are hat make a game good or bad for you that kind of sad. POE has some fun game play to it, and an excellent skill system. If things such as that don't excite you, and you're only about graphics, you're going to have a bad time.

I actually switched from D3 to GW2 and am EXTREMELY happy with that decision.

poe is unoriginal and when did i said i didn't like what it looked like? i just said they could easily fix some shader issues to make it look alot better graphically

blizzard not as stupid as you think they are, they made some mistakes but d3 is still awesome with the exp coming the 19..
what was diablo before LoD? thats right baal wasnt there. lol
the point of this is blizzard knows what to do next. we have the proof with d2.. this game should beat a world record for being alive for so long.
imo d3 is just the begening.

didnt try gw2 but i have gw1 and this game was awesome too, not as much as d2 but 2nd favorite pc game.
