I think everyone of sound mind should have the right to choose their own death.

Agreed, nothing is gained when you die.

That's the thing... people who have sound minds don't kill themselves.

Plenty of terminally ill or permanently disabled people do.

Sure they do.

That's the thing...People don't understand and simply readjust what it means to have a "sound mind" to exclude the action from being committed by any sound minded person.

Anyone can kill themselves for whatever reason they see fit, there are no exceptions.

...suffering is a part of life , it should not be the cause of death .
