The argument is that forcing corporations to be moral agents places on corporations what is the duty of government.

Forcing corporations to be immoral agents is the same coercion in reverse.

In essence corporatism is today's government.

A politician's loyalty should belong to the voter who elect them.
However instead of answering to the will of those electing people.. politicians answer to corporations due to the profit provided in belonging to them.
So to address this, we can either make these corporations comply morally if they wish to sit in "the chair" that once belonged to voters. Or we can enact new legislation to remove them from it entirely (the better solution) e.g.] we need some strict laws for politicians: campaign funding limits, laws against engaging in private business while in a term of office, etc.. etc..

Let's give people a choice. They can either work to primarily benefit themselves or they can be social-servants that wish to benefit our society & humanity. Not both.
Let's leave all politics to the later not the former.

For the time being we're stuck with things as they are. So we got to find a way to make a broken system work for us.
Corporations have painted themselves into the corner to be moral agents by buying out almost all our politicians. They used their influence to override our system of government showing they do not respect our laws, our people, and are in general greedy anti-American assholes. They sought to take control of our government to use it to coerce us. So there is no moral reservations in utilizing similar force to drive such corporations out of positions they shouldn't be in to begin with. We can either drive them out or they can fill the morality shoes they stepped into.

Voting should be the sole determining factor of who is appointed as an (elected) official.
Corporation carry far more influence in deciding this privately through use of their money. Democrats "capitalist pretending to be socialist" are even worse in this as they get this money to begin with by stealing it from voters thru taxation. Slimy bastards! This allows them an unequalled representation in our government and must be addressed as it goes against the equal representation that our laws enshrine creating classism.

I wonder what religion the owner of Hobby Lobby's toaster is and whether or not it will get into Heaven.
