you have just described the typical teenage girl (realistic i might add) which Korra is.
this isn't like some japanese anime where all the girls basically want to suck dick.

of course she's going to be more rebellious than aang, aang was raised by the air nomads
of course she's going to be more immature than the first avatar, avatar wan seeked to be the avatar and wanted balance, whereas Korra and most avatars was born as the avatar and had to restore balance.
not to mention Wan was 20 years old when he fused with Raava, so you can suggest that he would have a more mature mind than aang and/or korra.

not to mention Wan started as a homeless person to the avatar, so he had much more life experiences than Aang or Korra.
TL;DR : Aang and Korra are both bitches compared to Wan, probably because of their age and lack of experience. So stop your bitching
