Bunch of fucking geniuses apparently. Bought it for dirt, ran if in the red for a few years made hundreds of millions in ~5 really good years and saw it was headed down the shitter and got rid of it

It's not headed down the shitter, they'll easily get three times what they got 5 years ago for the broadcasting deal, right now they're trying to get 5 times tho.

The most ingenius part about the zuffa run ufc is that they were in debt for a few hundred million, but instead of paying it off they chose every year to pay their stock holders(fertitas, dana, and that UAE company) hundreds of millions in dividends, so when they sold the ufc they sold all that debt along with it.
