Sounds like this would take a lot of effort and work to make, although it would be awesome :)

Yes from me.
(No to entry fees however, tournaments should be free to apply to - but perhaps cost to create).

I was thinking that the entry fee (as an optional thing) could contribute either to the prize pool or go to Njag as a service fee. Whatchu think?

Gotta agree with the free entrance fee.

As an addition, since this will already cost quite a large amount of time to code in, i say there be a gambling center in it.

People place bets on who they think will win, winners get a certain % of the prize pool based on what % of the total bets of the Winners was.

Ex:
5 winners with a 1,000fg pool
1 person bet 30fg
2 bet 10fg
2 bet 5fg

total of 60fg bet with these players.

the person who bet 30fg would win 500fg
the people who bet 10fg would get 166.67fg
the people who bet 5fg would get 83.33fg

Cost to bet: 5% of the bid you place goes to the site.
5% of the bid goes into the tournaments pool.
rest goes into the gambling pool.

Ex:
100fg bet.
5fg goes to the site.
5fg gets added to the tournament pool.
90fg goes into the gambling pool.

In the case of no winner, the FG is returned to the users who bet.(they only get the 90fg back, the other 10fg is gone)

Just my idea ^_^ I think it would become more popular if there was some kind of gambling aloud.
