Yeah, Tier 1, but look at how cute the stats are!!! All of them very desirable and on a robe - perfect for casters! Damn... wish it were Tier 2 at least, with Tier 2 perfect stats.

The EP was Electangle. He spawned a lot of additional mobs and even healed himself. It was a long fight, but so worth it!
