As far as im aware it can still drop rare rods so having the 2 mods together would be so nice on a level 5 rod.
(84 durability) acts as defense on a rod and (2 prof points) acts a enhanced effect.
At level 5 it kinda low level... Too bad it was not on a higher level rod like 30+ then I would be trying to bin both off of you for 200fg+
Imo, try to sell them to a fisherman that really needs them for 25fg each.
