Kicker is quite amazing, although I wonder if it's possible to make up for the amazingness of twitchthrow on a kicker. I'd have to run the numbers but it seems you lose some good attack speed and some frw for a marginal damage gain. Base frw is not affected by diminishing returns, so a medium armor character with 85 frw will actually walk 0.04 yards/s slower than a light armour character with 75 frw.. This equal to roughly 60life in charms if you are using frw charms. I guess it comes down to whether its worth the loss of life and attack frames for the dmg increase. I see some grand charms on there, but i will say large charms are much better for adding frw. Not much to improve upon though.
The circlet and weapon are 10/10.
I dont loose any since with lvl 6 bos you hit the max ias bp with just 20 ias on a flail and a throwing spear. I wont be able to use crushflange, but anyways, I never liked that weapon and I think rare ones are way better. Yes, I have 3x7frw 3x mana gcs, so Im able to have something like 100+frw, with a dex and strenght bugged char, wich is not that bad imo.
That said, lemme present you my first and one of my favourite ever chars, my lvl 30 nec:
He might needs some updates, basically a bone spear shield with 2sockets, but had no luck for the moment ^^
