This tool would be used to report Impersonations (a person is pretending to be me / pretending to be someone else, not me / falsely representing a comapny or organization). And to report fraud, (a user using content that belongs to another user/person or is copyrighted.)

The tool would be added very similarly to the Report a Multi tool: http://forums.d2jsp.org/tools.php?a=1
Except it would be placed here: http://forums.d2jsp.org/tools.php?a=3 (extension a=3) On the site. As-well as in users profiles

As you can see this suggestion also proposes that a link to the Report a Multi tool has been included.
This way there are no external links needed since it's right there on the profiles, there is no need to be in direct contact with a Moderator or several Moderators/njaguar/kevin unless they solely choose to confirm their report has been justified or other reason, and everything is kept anonymous and simple!

It's a good idea, but I don't really think having the multi report or impersonation links in each profile would be entirely necessary.
Simply a subsection within the S/A for impersonation reports would likely suffice. As I'm sure currently people simply post topics in the S/A reporting impersonations (STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT).
Just having a subsection for it like multi reports would/could eliminate that ^ habit.

If these were put into subsections they wouldn't remain anonymous and would risk clutter much like Scammer accusations forum did before it was made to where users couldn't post replies.
Also the convenience of it being right there. And ease of use. Should remain accessible :)

Voted no.
It is nearly impossible for someone to prove exactly who is impersonating who in a game. I have personally been pm'd on numerous occasions about users who have been scammed by almond claiming to be me in game. But I had no idea who it could have been, which is the case more often than not. I understand your idea and I do think it's good in many ways, I voted no simply because I don't think that it would improve the site experience in any way.

Thanks for your vote and input! I truly agree it would be pointless, for use within games. However it's design is supposed to be strictly within jsp only :d I failed to specify this and will fix it on next update :)

I don't like including them on user's profiles but voted yes for a subsection type thing
