And when u joined u had too much damage so it was no fun for us.

It is not illegal - it is there for a purpose.
But in the future, I would strongly recommend that you simply ask a player to leave, stating a valid reason,
other than doing the insta-kick.
As to me having too much damage - that has no bearing on the xp you would be gaining.
There are many cases where, in the lower levels of the game, not everyone gets to whack a mob,
because established players all have gear to do one-shot kills. Your chance to hit mobs will come later on
As well, you would be less liable to die with experienced players in company.
